Finally!!!!!!!!!!!! and then some

Well it's been awhile since last but....Mateo got his first teeth on May 1st and May 13th..He was 6 months old....Well finally with a few days to go before he is 10 months old his 3rd tooth popped out and the 4th is following suit. I have been waiting for what seems like forever for him to have more than 2....and Finally he's got 1 more and 1 coming in SOON!!!!!!!!

As for myself, I start college classes on September 3rd. I am planning on getting a certificate in Medical Billing and as I finish classes working on 2 other certificates..same idea but all 3 mean good paychecks hopefully. The other 2 certificates are going to be Medical Coding and Medical Transcription. My first 2 classes start the 3rd they are Spanish between 1215P and 130P and then that night between 6P and 840P I will be doing Business Accounting and Bookkeeping.
my other two courses set to start that week are English Composition and Medical Language.
My sister will have her hands full 3 nights a week, she will have my 2 boys and my brothers 2 kids(ages 9 and 11) since he works at night. Then well Spring semester comes hopefully I have all day time courses.....

In other news, Juan Sr's father is sick, but not deathly that we know of and he might be planning to go into the Mexican Consulates office to get what he needs to fly from here to Mexico..since he's still illegal. But then comes the part of how or when he will get back here. Im hoping he makes me apply for a visa and doesn't choose to try and sneak back across the border...I hear all kinds of stroies lately about people having trouble applying and receiving visas if they had originally been here illegally, so Im hoping it's not too hard...But hopefully some of my dads rich friends have some pull somewhere..btw Dad has a good friend inside the Immigration Departments walls so hopefully the legal way isn't as hard for me as it has been for some. Wish me Luck with everything and I will keep whomever reads my blogs posted on the situation....Enjoy the remaining days of summer everyone they are almost over for the year...Will post agin soon

Nothing Special Once Again

It's been a while since I wrote but let's see if I can speed through the last couple of weks. Only things significant really is Juan Pablo got ma at Mammy and Grampa last week they took off to Maine for a week and didn't take him. He told me he wasn't going to talk to Mammy no more.....They called the night before they got home and he DID!!!!! talk to Mammy. They brought him and Mateo home some stuffed bears that said West Quaddy Lighthouse, Lubec Maine...it's way up by Canada, actually five minutes away from where they were staying. Yesterday we went to a wedding, my dad's cousins duaghter Kelly married her boyfriend of maybe 6 months. So now she is a wife and step mother. I asked her when she'll be adding to their small family she said hopefully soon, so we'll see if she gets pregnant soon or not. That's it for now.

He can SWIM!!!!

Juan Pablo now swims without water wings. My sister bought him a pair of goggle that block his nose and he now goes in the pool without help and knows to close his mouth as he swims around the pool. He swam from the middle to the ladder about 9 ft away. the pool is 18 feet around. Then he proceeded to keep swimming back and forth between my sister and cousin and me. And Mr Mateo he got a new float its shaped like a crab and has a sunshade on it to keep the sun out, even though he wears sunscreen and a bathing suit set that keeps the rays off him.

July 3-6 Weekend of fireworks and fun.

So we went to fireworks in 3 different places this weekend and then just had some good things going on at home. We saw fireworks in Haverhill, Massachusetts and Salisbury Massachusetts, we also saw them at Canobie Lake Park in Salem New Hampshire. On Sunday we had a cookout at my parents. We swam most of the time. Mateo did some interesting things today here are some shots of that and a couple of firework shots. The first one he was just standing and the second he did a quick walk to dada on the bed, the other three shots are of the fireworks we saw one pic from each location.

Happy 4th of July, 2008

We went to the firworks nearby tonight(actually the 3rd) and here are some pictures I took of the boys and some of the fireworks. Mateo actually wasn't paying attention at first so I drove right across from the stadium, and then he saw all the pretty "lights" that went boom and smiled. By the time the finale came Mateo was asleep and we were 100 feet away and he slept right through the MEGA BOOMS. Pablo was excited to be closer this year at the sma eshow than he was last year.

Pool Fun

Well, yesterday my cousin Stacy came up with her two oldest kids and her brother Matt. So we went swimming in the pool even though they had actually planned to go to a nearby pond, but I talked them out of it because it was like 6pm and they would have paid 15 dollars for 2 hours. We ended up in the pool til a little after dark. It was them, myself bpth my boys and my niece and nephew. Mateo was in his boat float for about 2 hours before I had to take him out and put him to bed because he got tired, Juan on the other hand, once he gets in with his arm floaties forget it, in a about a week I will stop letting him use the floaties for long periods of time, at the end of last summer at 2 1/2 years old he was doggy paddling his way above water without help(the pools 4 ft deep when full.) With LOTS OF close eyes on him. I was loving that I was swimming above water at 3 he beat me by almost a year. Stacy's two kids don't swim alot so Tyler (2) didn't do much but get dunked then he played on the swing and bikes. Savannah (3 1/2, shes 3 weeks older than Juan) was pretty much sticking to the ladder, unless her Uncle Matt was holding her. But eventually the little kids and I got out, then Matt and the big kids (ages 9 and 11) tossed out the ladder and started making a whirlpool, after about 20 minutes Juan was in helping them make the whirlpool. So my next swim mission is to take photos while the kids are in the pool and post them. Posting again tomorrow. Bye for now.
